Fans fierce rivalry can once again enjoy purchasing physical media.
Physical editions of the film's soundtrack «Heated Rivalry »" will go on sale in July. On Tuesday, Milan Records released pre-order versions of the CD and vinyl. A new cassette version of the album was also announced.

The physical editions will feature Peter Peter's award-winning score, which was released on streaming platforms earlier this year, as well as a selection of fan-favorite tracks from the series, including Wolf Parade, Feist, t.A.T.u., Harrison, and others. But perhaps most exciting for fans is the upcoming release, which will include a previously unreleased version of the track from episode six, "One Soul (Cottage Version).".
The vinyl record is available in two versions: the widely available Montreal vs. Boston edition and the Icy Inferno edition, which will be available exclusively on Milan's website and at select Sony retailers. The Montreal vs. Boston edition features two discs: one dedicated to Shane Hollander's Montreal Metros, and the other to Ilya Rozanov's Boston Raiders. The Icy Inferno edition features clear discs, while the other disc features a blocky color scheme matching the team colors.
A new cassette edition of the soundtrack will be available for pre-order starting Wednesday on Milan Records and Sony Music Canada. This version includes a clear cassette with printed labels and inserts featuring images from the series.
All CD and vinyl versions include liner notes from series creator Jacob Tierney and fold-out posters. The vinyl version includes two photo cards—sorry, trading cards—of Hudson Williams as Shane Hollander and Connor Storrie as Ilya Rozanov.

Series «Heated Rivalry» , produced by Canadian streaming service Crave and streaming on HBO Max in the US, is set in a fictional hockey universe based on Reed's popular romance novels. The first season of the series is based on the second novel, «Heated Rivalry» . Tierney is the creator, writer, and director of the series.
Series «Heated Rivalry» follows two rival professional players—Canadian Shane Hollander (Williams) of the fictional Montreal Metros and Russian Ilya Rozanov (Storrie) of the fictional Boston Raiders—who spend nearly a decade trying to build a relationship that grows from a fleeting fling to romance. The series made stars of both Storrie and Williams.
In the months since the series premiered, the pair have performed at the Golden Globes, carried the 2026 Olympic torch relay, attended the Met Gala, and landed roles after the show wrapped. series "Heated Rivalry"« .
Crave renewed the series «Heated Rivalry» for a second season early in the first season. HBO Max confirmed it would continue airing the series. Filming for the second season is scheduled for this summer, with a release date set for spring 2027.
