In an interview with Tristan Thompson on the latest episode of her podcast Khloé in Wonder Land Khloe Kardashian questioned her ex-husband and father of her two children about his infidelity.
After Thompson told her he felt remorse, but not "at the time," Chloe pressed him further. "But what about when it happens later?" she asked. "When you get caught? Or do you feel it after it's all over?"«
«"It's like postnatal syndrome," Thompson said.
Kardashian seemed upset by this response. The former NBA player immediately realized he had spoken incorrectly and apologized.

«"Then why do you keep redoing it?" Kardashian asked, to which Thompson replied, "That's the trillion-dollar question.".
«"As for me, I think my life was moving very quickly while we were together," he continued. "I probably didn't really understand what was happening to me. And, frankly, maybe it was just a case of being young and wanting to have my cake and eat it too.".

In 2019, Hollywood Unlocked reported that Thompson was seen with Jordyn Woods at a house party while he was dating Kardashian. Woods eventually confirmed this on the show. Red Table Talk , that she and Thompson kissed, but there was no sex.
The moment set off a chain reaction that also affected Kardashian's sister, Kylie Jenner, who was close to Woods at the time.
In one of the episodes of the show «The Kardashians» In 2023, Thompson spoke to Kylie about the incident, admitting that breaking up with Woods was like "losing a sister.".
«"You lost Jordyn, who was such a big part of your life," he told Kylie. "I know how much she meant to your life and to your bond; you were like two peas in a pod. So, putting myself and her in a situation that was wrong and unreasonable made things so much harder for you and Khloe.".
In addition to Kardashian and Thompson reconciling, it appears Kylie and Jordyn, who is now engaged to New York Knicks star Karl-Anthony Towns, have done the same.
