Nearly five years later, Kyle Kuzma still can't get over the fact that he wore a huge, oversized pink jersey before an NBA game.
In November 2021, during his first season with the Washington Wizards, the 30-year-old Milwaukee Bucks forward debuted one of the wildest pre-game outfits in NBA history. The oversized pink Raf Simons jersey instantly went viral, sparking reactions from fans and the entire league, with LeBron James calling the outfit "outrageous.".
Recently, someone on X (formerly Twitter) tried to revive this outrageous look, adding: "You can't trust anyone who chooses to dress like that in public.".
In response, Kuzma defended himself by reposting the tweet and adding: «I was young, leave me alone.».

This isn't the first time Kuzma's bold fashion choices have been the subject of ridicule in recent times. Brothers Lonzo Ball and Gelo appeared on an episode of the Complex podcast last year. GOAT Talk , where they shared their thoughts on the worst tunnel attire in NBA history.
«"It's probably that long pink shirt or those guys who wear fishnets," Gelo said. "I don't like that.".
Lonzo added, "Hey, Kuz, why did I even think of that? Honestly, Kuz's pink sweater was just hideous. It was like something out of Dr. Seuss.".
In 2023, the Washington Wizards even held a giveaway for a bobblehead of Kuzma in his oversized jersey, giving 10,000 fans the chance to take home a piece of history.
In a 2022 interview with Complex, Kuzma stated that he would never wear anything so outrageous again.
«"It's a work of art. I'll never wear it again. It's not something you'd wear to go out," Kuzma told Complex at the time. "It's definitely something that will last forever.".
And it will live forever.
