If you're getting married and considering playing Billy Idol's iconic song "White Wedding" at your wedding, you might want to reconsider. According to Idol, the song isn't really suitable for a wedding playlist.
This is somewhat surprising, because the song "White Wedding" seems to be about love and, in fact, weddings. But as it turns out, it's not a love song at all. According to Idol, it's the complete opposite of a love song.

In an interview with People magazine, speaking about the famous song, Idol said, "Well, 'White Wedding' was a bit of an anti-marriage song, but people get married to it. So that's it. They changed the meaning.".

He added of the iconic track: "It's funny, but it's great. I'm glad people liked it. Whatever they used it for, I'm glad they liked the music, and I had a great time.".
There's also a lot of talk about his AMA acceptance speech, in which the rocker called on the next generation of musicians to evolve.
«"So to all the kids out there who love rock 'n' roll or any music as much as Leon and I do, and if you're inspired by the desire to find a sense of freedom and dedicate your life to art, I have only one thing to say: pick an instrument," he said then. "Find yourself and become yourself.".
