KSI, one of the world's most popular YouTubers, is leaving his band The Sidemen.
In a video titled "I'm Leaving Sidemen" posted to his 18.4 million subscribers on YouTube, KSI, whose real name is Olajide Olatunji, said he's been "pulled in different directions" over the past few years, but "this decision is entirely my own.".

The Sidemen have recently become more frequent on traditional television. KSI gained a wider audience after appearing on the show. Britain's Got Talent , and two seasons of the reality show The Sidemen's have been released on Netflix Inside , as well as the American version. Last week we reported that Sidemen Presents: SideMenu , a four-part cooking competition, will launch in an unusual, phased format on Prime Video and YouTube. KSI is not involved in this project.
