It's been over two years since Spencer Cassadine from the TV series "General Hospital"« fell overboard a boat on the Seine River and was never seen on screen again. One evening, Spencer arranged a romantic surprise dinner for Trina on a Parisian riverboat, but Esmé was also on board, ready to drug Spencer and use him as a hostage to retrieve her newborn son, Ace. A chance encounter with Spencer's father, Nicholas, resulted in Ace's birth, and this time, Nicholas was the one with the baby.
Unfortunately, a fight broke out on deck, resulting in Esme and Spencer falling overboard and never being seen again. However, since their bodies were never found, fans still hold out hope that Spencer will return and rekindle his relationship with Trina.
