Shakira is preparing for a historic performance at the 2026 FIFA World Cup!
The 49-year-old queen of Latin music will co-headline the first halftime show of the World Cup finals, along with BTS и Madonna — Sunday, July 19, at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey.

«"It's a message for every kid who was told their dream was too big," Shakira said of the track. "And it's a reminder that every champion started as a kid, maybe going through hardships and adversity, but there was someone who believed in them, and so they didn't give up.".
Besides creating an inspiring new song, Shakira is doing another good thing for the world with "Dai Dai," as she has pledged that royalties from the song will go to FIFA's Global Citizenship Education Fund, which aims, according to FIFA's website, to "ensure children around the world have access to quality education and football opportunities.".
The 2026 FIFA World Cup starts on Thursday, June 11.
