Reality TV Star Love Island Huda Mustafa makes the transition into the music scene with the release of her debut pop single, "Bad Girls," which is accompanied by an original music video and a wave of renewed public attention to her personal life.
Released on Gamma, "Bad Girls" takes Mustafa to the next level after months of online scrutiny stemming from controversy outside the villa. Produced by ayetm and Test, the track boasts a glossy pop sound and a confident message, while the accompanying music video introduces "Huda HQ"—a stylized virtual office world where Mustafa plays the CEO of his own fan-built empire.
Directed by Edgar Estevez and Anastasia Delmark, the music video features the singer alongside a cast of "office villains" in a corporate satire filled with energetic choreography and digital aesthetics.

«Making the song „Bad Girls“ was an opportunity for me to fully express myself and embrace who I am, without fear or the opinions of others,» Mustafa said in a statement released alongside the single, according to Vulture . "I wanted this record to sound confident, fun, powerful and addictive.".
The single's release comes at a crucial time for Mustafa, who first gained national fame during the 7th season of the reality show Love Island USA — the franchise's most popular season on Peacock, garnering over 18 billion minutes of viewing time during its run. According to the press release announcing the single, Mustafa studied theater and sang in a choir before joining the reality show.
Since then, she has collaborated with producers associated with Future's creative circle, including ATL Jacob, developing her musical career on a larger scale.
The single's release also comes after Mustafa's recent split from his boyfriend, Louis Russell. In a joint statement, the couple announced that they had "mutually decided to separate at this time.".
Mustafa added that she will now focus on "being a better mother, her music career, and the exciting opportunities that lie ahead.".
Last year, spent in the spotlight, was marked by several high-profile scandals for Mustafa. In late 2025, she lost a partnership with a brand after laughing during an Instagram Live broadcast when a caller used a racial slur against another contestant. Love Island, Olandria Karten.
