Off Campus star Micah Abdallah has gone from the tense hospital hallways of The Pitt to starring as Allie Haze in the steamy hockey romance series on Prime Video. .
In the first season of Pitt, Abdallah played the recurring role of Jenna Burke, an 18-year-old college student who dies of an overdose and is admitted to the Pittsburgh Trauma Center by her roommate. She appears in episodes 3, 4, 7, and 8, receiving treatment from the staff during her recovery. Things take a much more interesting turn when John Bradley (Brandon Keener), the father of Jenna's classmate Nick, questions Jenna about how she obtained the drugs and whether she was involved in his son's overdose and brain death. She ultimately reconciles with her family and is discharged from the hospital in episode 8.
Coincidentally, Jalen Thomas Brooks, who plays hockey player John Tucker on Off Campus, plays nurse Mateo Diaz in seasons 1 and 2 of Pitt. He's one of the first PTMC staff members Jenna encounters when he and the other medical staff wheel her into her room.

Mika Abdallah and Jalen Thomas Brooks' reunion on the set of "Off Campus" was a joyous occasion for both stars, who, according to Abdallah, hadn't bonded much while filming "The Pitt." In an interview with Bustle, she recalled, "I don't think I talked to Jalen at all while filming "The Pitt." I just sat in my trailer, trying not to disturb him." She added, "He told me I was constantly staring on the set of "The Pitt," which was really embarrassing.".
The two actors first met at an audition for the film "Off Campus." Abdallah recalls, "I walked in, and he was so sweet, he came right up to me and said, 'Oh my god, hi, it's so great to see you!'" Brooks, in turn, shared that "it was wonderful to meet again" with Abdallah.
After a recurring role in the first season, Abdallah plans to significantly expand her cast in the second season of Off Campus, which will focus on Ellie's romance with hockey star Dean Di Laurentiis (Steven Kalin). Meanwhile, Off Campus fans can enjoy Abdallah and Brooks' performances on the Emmy-winning HBO medical drama.
