PEOPLE can confirm that the 22-year-old social media star is no longer associated with the company, which was founded in 2023. Her parents, 57-year-old Marc and 54-year-old Heidi D'Amelio, remain involved in the business. Charli's older sister, 24-year-old Dixie, last posted a TikTok video about the product in November 2025.
Despite her departure from the company, numerous photos of Charlie still appear on the Be Happy Snacks website, including the homepage.

PEOPLE has reached out to the D'Amelio family and Charli for comment.
News about the winner's image change show "Dancing with the Stars"« The news emerged amid rumors of a rift between her and her parents. Several months ago, fans noted that Charlie and her parents no longer followed each other on Instagram, where the influencer has a whopping 40 million followers.
Over the weekend, reports began circulating of a dispute between family members, with some claiming that a money dispute was the cause of the conflict.
For his part, Mark responded to comments on DeuxMoi's post about the controversy, which claimed Charlie had discovered millions of dollars had been transferred from accounts opened during the period when her parents were managing her career.
«"No one has called me for an interview," Mark wrote on May 30. "That's not true. We love Charlie, but she's being manipulated, and I have proof. We've been silent for the past six years and never commented on the gossip, but it's time to set the record straight.".
In response to PEOPLE's request for comment, Mark added: "I have nothing to say other than that this report on 100% is not true.".

On May 31, Charli opened up about her mental health, posting a video of herself crying on TikTok. In the caption, she wrote, "I'll get back to dancing later, I'm depressed, leave me alone.".
Following his response to DeuxMoi, Mark also went live on TikTok (which was subsequently reposted online) to say that he, Charli, and her mother, Heidi, hadn't spoken in a while. He also claimed that Charli had been manipulated by people on her team.
«"This process was never about money. It was always about having this incredible experience with my family, and that's it," Mark said in a livestream video posted to TikTok. He added that he always sought to "protect" his daughters in their business endeavors.
