Jadakiss's son, Jevon, has spoken out after his social media post sparked backlash for incorrectly mentioning one of the rapper's children.
The controversy began when user X posted an image comparing a photo of Jadakiss with his son to a recent photo of the rapper with a young woman. The post suggested the photos were of Javon's children and were taken several years apart.
This statement prompted a response from Jaewon himself, who said that the photo actually depicted his sister, Jayeon.
«"If that were the case, it would be utter ignorance and transphobia," Jevon wrote on X. "You're being disrespectful while simultaneously saying my sister looks like a man. Seek the Kingdom of God.".

In response, he attached a screenshot of a conversation with his sister. "They're trying to say you look like a man," he wrote to Jaewon, to which she replied, "They copied this when I graduated." Jaewon, who has found his own audience through music and social media, occasionally shares glimpses of his family life online.
In addition to Jevon and Jadon, Jadakiss is also the father of twins, Josh and Jamir. Although the LOX member frequently mentions fatherhood in interviews and music, he generally keeps most of his family life out of the public eye.
This viral moment came after Jadakiss shared his thoughts on the rift between Drake and DJ Khaled. In a recent episode of the show Joe and Jada The LOX rapper discussed Drake's decision to diss DJ Khaled in a track with Fat Joe. Iceman «"Make Them Pay.".
While Joe argued that Drake's comments towards Khaled were excessive and likened them to bullying, Jadakiss countered, suggesting that rap has become too constrained by unwritten rules about who can and cannot be targeted.
«"That's what's wrong with hip-hop," he said during the discussion, arguing that competition and lyrical rivalry have always been part of the culture.
