During a conversation with Goldstein, Lopez was asked to name "a movie that excited you but you weren't sure whether to watch." The singer and actress answered without hesitation.

Rather than name a traditional romance, Lopez pointed to Quentin Tarantino's cult classic True Romance, a brutal 1993 film that centers on obsessive love, crime, and dangerous chemistry.

«"I'd sleep with any of them," Lopez admitted of the cast. "It says a lot about me... maybe my dark side.".

For those unfamiliar with the film, "True Romance" is far from a traditional love story. Written by Tarantino and directed by Tony Scott, the film centers on Clarence Worley and Alabama Whitman, whose romance gradually descends into violence, chaos, and crime.

The film follows an enigmatic Wall Street trader who draws an art gallery employee into an emotionally gripping and psychologically complex affair.

«"[Basinger's character] knew it was dark and bad and mysterious, but that's what made it compelling and interesting, but she also knew it was toxic... You want her to get out of it, but I didn't want her to get out. I loved every moment," Lopez admitted.
