After a tough week, JoJo Siwa is feeling unwell.
23-year-old former participant show "Dance Moms"« On Monday, June 1, she posted a video on Instagram Reel, posing with a black eye patch and explaining that she had an eye infection. "Things aren't going well," she began, before showing photos of her inflamed eye. "Hopefully things will get better in the next few days.".
Then she pointed to her eye and said, "On top of that, I also have a concussion. I'm in terrible shape.".
The singer said she fell from a golf cart after a wheel locked and she lost control. The force of the impact threw her from the cart, landing on her neck and then hitting her head, resulting in a concussion. In the caption of an Instagram photo, she wrote that the accident occurred on May 25.
According to Siwa, about two or three days later, she developed an eye infection. "The doctors think it's completely unrelated, but it's a terrible eye infection," Siwa shared.

She explained that during her recovery period she requires up to an hour of light physical activity, and she uses this time to photograph her new bows, which will be sold on her website.
Siva said she had seen three doctors for various ailments and was grateful that the situation had not worsened.
«"I'll be fine. It'll just take time," she said. "As unlucky as I was that this happened, I'm very, very lucky to be alive.".
«"It's definitely a little early to be going back to all of this, and I have to be very careful not to get 100% recovered... but the greatest Hollywood saying, which I find to be true, is the show must go on," she wrote in the caption of her Instagram post.
However, she noted that she would take part in the rehearsals of the show.« Dance Moms: A New Era».
«"If you see me wearing sunglasses, I'm not throwing a tantrum, I'm just taking care of my eye and giving it a little rest," she wrote. "After a few days, I found the patch a little uncomfortable due to concussion recovery, so now I only wear it when I need a complete break from light!"»

Between battling injuries, she celebrated her first anniversary with boyfriend Chris Hughes on May 27. Siwa posted on Instagram, enthusiastically describing their romance.
«"The greatest gift I've ever received in my life was 365 days ago 🤍," Siwa began the caption. "What a wonderful year I've had with you by my side. I wake up with more love every day, more gratitude every day, and a bigger smile on my face every day.".
