Fallon noted that Jonas wrote about the unusual event on his Instagram in February. "You called it Brotherhood of the Traveling Pants »" Fallon said, to which Jonas replied that he thought it was a good idea.
«"We could make a movie about the two of us," Jonas said, and Fallon, encouraging him, said it would be a great movie and offered to be the third friend.
«"If you think Glen Powell is going to end up wearing those pants, you should leave him a note," Fallon added.
«Well, maybe. Could you bring a pen? I can write something down for him,» Jonas joked in response, writing a note on a napkin: «Dear Glen, please, just a friendly reminder: talk to the producers about including your good friend Nick Jonas in the sequel.” «Top Gun» . Thank you".

After Jonas posted about the incident in February, Powell, 37, quickly responded in the comments section of the Instagram post.

The star of the film «"Top Gun: Maverick"» later told Entertainment Tonight , that Jonas called him on FaceTime, showed him the ticket, and then asked if he could share the confusion on his social media.
