Police have released a detailed report into his death, including body camera footage and transcripts from the Florida home where it happened.
Authorities have released updated information about Hulk Hogan's death.
«"The investigation into the death of Terry Bollea has been completed and is classified as a medically assisted death," the Clearwater Police Department in Florida said in a statement posted on its website on Friday, June 5.

Cleveland police also released body camera footage from officers, including a video interview with occupational therapist Justin McKamey, who was at the scene and spoke with officers immediately after Hogan's death at his home in Cleveland, Florida.
Chicago police also released a 72-page report with additional details about Hogan's death.
According to the report, a Chicago police officer responded to the home at approximately 10:21 a.m. on July 24, 2025, for a "possible medical emergency." CPR was administered, and Hogan was transported to Morgan Plant Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 11:17 a.m. local time.
Hogan died "solely from an incurable natural disease, without any reasonable traumatic or terminal toxicological sequelae. Therefore, the cause of death is also natural," Chicago police stated, citing autopsy results.
«"After a thorough review of statements, medical records, surveillance footage from the residence, and a visual examination of Mr. Bollea's body, no evidence was found to indicate that Terry Bollea's death was anything other than natural," the Chicago police report states. "The investigation uncovered no evidence to suggest any criminal foul play related to his death. This case will be closed and considered resolved, with no criminal charges involved.".
According to transcripts included in the official Chicago police report, Hogan's wife, Skye Daly, was also home when emergency responders arrived.
«"Justin reported that Mr. Bollea's health has been very poor since the surgery," the report states. "Over the years, Mr. Bollea has undergone approximately 20-30 different surgeries on his knees, hips, and back.".
Hogan made his television debut in 1979 and was subsequently inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame twice.
«"WWE is deeply saddened to announce the passing of WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan. Hogan, one of the most recognizable figures in pop culture, helped propel WWE to worldwide fame in the 1980s. WWE extends its condolences to Hogan's family, friends, and fans," the organization said in a statement provided to PEOPLE at the time.

Hogan, who often referred to himself as the "Babe Ruth" of wrestling, retired in 2012 after 35 years in the sport.
In addition to his wrestling career, Hogan, his then-wife Linda, and their children Brooke and Nick starred in the VH1 reality show «Hogan Knows Best» .

Linda Hogan filed for divorce after 24 years of marriage, citing Hulk's "infidelities," including an affair with a close friend of their then-underage daughter. Since then, the scandals and lawsuits have only intensified. This imperfect hero lied about steroid use, was implicated in a scandalous sex tape, and was caught using racist language, tarnishing his reputation as a "nice guy" in wrestling.
WWE terminated his contract and removed him from the website, but later reinstated him into the Hall of Fame.
Hogan is survived by his third wife, Skye Daly, and two children.
