Tinashe has released a new single, "Too Easy." This energetic track, produced by Kimj and Zack Sekoff, finds Tinashe flaunting her fame. The singer premiered the song during her DJ set at Coachella in April.

The song “Too Easy” is a continuation of Tinashe’s latest album, Quantum Baby, which was released in August 2024. Quantum Baby was part of a trilogy that also includes BB/Ang3l . Tinashe told Rolling Stone , that the idea of linking her releases together came to her mind even before their official release.
«I think people don’t have the best focus,» she said. «Sometimes you work on an album for two years, and then people move on to something else after two months, and that’s frustrating. [Part three] is definitely still in the works. One of the benefits of this three-part trilogy is the ability to change and adapt it in real time. It’s often the case that you make an album and then don’t release songs for a year or two. I don’t want to remake «Nasty» multiple times or anything like that. I’m just inspired to step outside of my comfort zone.».
It's unclear whether "Too Easy" will be included on the upcoming third album. The press release notes that the single "marks a new era" for the singer. A music video for the song will be released later today.
