EXCLUSIVE Former CBS Entertainment Chairman Nina Tassler has welcomed another seasoned television producer, Joanna Klein, to her Kismet Creative Group. Klein joins Kismet, which operates under an overall deal with Sony Pictures Television Studios, as a senior vice president.

Klein most recently collaborated for seven years with Jennie Snyder Urman at Sutton St. Productions, Urman's company based at CBS Studios. As part of this partnership, Klein served as executive producer on Urman's hit CBS drama series. «Matlock» , which is already in its third season, as well as the series «Good Sam» for CBS and miniseries «Flowers in the Attic» for Lifetime.
Previously, Klein served as senior vice president of series at Lifetime Television, where she oversaw series such as UnReal и You. Previously, she was Senior Vice President of Series Production at The CW, where she developed series such as Gossip Girl, Vampire Diaries, Jane The Virgin, The Flash, Arrow, Crazy Ex Girlfriend и Riverdale.
Klein's resume also includes work at Regency TV, Lionsgate and Walt Disney Television.
