Ice Age: Boiling Point« is getting ready to heat up the situation in movie theaters.
Disney and 20th Century Studios have released the official teaser trailer for the sixth full-length film in the franchise.« Ice age"» . The upcoming animated film marks a new chapter in the legendary herd's prehistoric adventures.
Manny, Diego, Sid, Scrat, and his pet acorn return in a one-minute teaser that sees the entire gang being blown out of a volcano.
According to Disney's official description, they are "thrown straight into a wild, dinosaur- and lava-filled adventure to visit never-before-seen corners of the treacherous Lost World.".
The original voice cast—Ray Romano, Denis Leary, and John Leguizamo—reprise their roles as Manny the woolly mammoth, Diego the saber-toothed tiger, and Sid the sloth. Simon Pegg also returns as Buck and Queen Latifah as Ellie. The teaser also features appearances by Crash, Eddie, and Baby Scrat.
The director of the film «"Ice age: The Adventures of Buck Wilde »" is directed by John Donkin and produced by Lori Forte.
Blue Sky Studios produced the first five films in the franchise. This is the first feature-length film. «"Ice age"» , which was released after Blue Sky Studios was dissolved by The Walt Disney Company in 2021, following its acquisition in 2019.
The original film was released in 2002, and the latest installment in the franchise, «Ice Age: Collision Course» , debuted in cinemas in 2016.
Ice Age: Boiling Point« will be released in theaters on February 5, 2027.
