10 Times Animals Saved Human Lives

Science claims that humans are the most intelligent creatures on the planet. And history proves that animals are the purest at heart. Animals have no doubt about their instincts and follow them relentlessly, which has led to the saving of countless human lives. Dogs, cats, dolphins, and even gorillas have demonstrated heroic spirit and restored life to humans without expecting anything in return. These unsung heroes deserve every recognition.

The Talmud says, "Whoever saves a life saves the world." Here are 10 heartbreaking stories of how animals saved human lives and, in doing so, saved the world.

Masha, a local long-haired orange tabby, was cared for by local residents and was very friendly. When passerby Irina Lavrova saw Masha meowing, she thought the cat was injured, as Masha usually came to say hello. She was shocked to see that the box with the cat contained a baby.

The baby was then taken to the hospital, where it was discovered that he was healthy and full of energy. It was Masha who saved his life. Because of this, the residents called Masha a heroine. As a reward, the residents treated her to her favorite food, and the cat was very happy. (source)

A local resident found a child with puppies after several people reported hearing the infant crying. The child lay abandoned in the forest for two days until a dog found her and brought her to safety. When doctors began treating her, the girl was in serious condition, but she improved. They dived off Al Akhawayn Island at 9 a.m. After the dive, they contacted their Egyptian dive boat. «Oyster» The journey was interrupted. Strong currents carried them so far away that even reconnaissance aircraft and boats were unable to spot them. It is believed that their surface marker buoy was missed due to the sun and its reflection on the water.

When all else failed, it was the dolphins who brought the rescue boat called «Thunderbird» in the right direction. The rescue boat crew told the divers that dolphins were jumping over the bow of the boat in the direction the lost group of divers were heading. Many events occurred during the devastating tsunami of 2004. One of the lesser-known is the story of four-year-old elephant Ning Nong and eight-year-old Amber. In books, we read about elephants performing heroic and magical feats, but Ning Nong actually accomplished something heroic. Amber Owen, an eight-year-old British girl, was vacationing in Phuket, Thailand, and riding on an elephant's back when the tsunami struck.

Ning Nong, who loved Amber dearly and often held her close to his trunk, became worried that day when Amber began riding on his back and refused to go to the sea. When a small tide crashed onto the shore before the huge tide, Ning Nong sensed danger and ran inland as fast as he could. Even the elephant handler couldn't stop him. He managed to carry Amber to safety just as a huge wave hit, and despite the strong wind, he kept moving. The elephant stopped at a small wall and allowed Amber to dismount when her mother spotted her. She then picked her up and ran back to their room on the first floor of the hotel. Less than ten minutes before they reached there, another huge wave crashed onto the shore, washing away two of their ground-floor rooms. If not for Ning Nong, Amber would have been swept out to sea. Onlookers were horrified and screamed as she approached the now unconscious boy. But she didn't harm him, instead cradling him in her arms. She protected the boy and rescued him from the other gorillas in the enclosure. Hearing the enclosure door open, she handed him over to the zookeepers. The 17-month-old baby gorilla remained on her back the entire time. The incident garnered significant media attention for Binti and the zoo, and she was hailed as a heroine for her maternal instincts. (1, 2)
